The Executive/Head Chef will be responsible for provisioning all food items in the household. The Chef will be responsible for meal planning, food preparation, knowledge of food safety and storage. Preparing meals for the family when in residence; guests, staff and dinner parties. With a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary needs, the Head Chef will also be able to work within a budget. As Head Chef you will also possess management and leadership qualities, the ability to work as a team as well as natural creative flare and fantastic presentation skills. You must be flexible and prepared to work some evenings during different seasons.
