Chef de Partie/ 3rd Chef

As Chef de Partie you will oversee a specific food area or category in the kitchen, could be; fish, sauces, pastry, vegetables or butchery. Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing new dishes and menus for the household. You will be responsible for ensuring the kitchen staff implement and maintain a high standard of food hygiene and follow the latest recommended guidelines for health and safety.

Salary range

EUR 4000 to EUR 5500 Per Month

Qualifications, training and skills required
  • Qualified chef
  • Restaurant or household background as Chef de Partie
  • Food Safety and Hygiene certification
  • Knowledge of Food Safety & Storage
  • Good knowledge of produce
  • Good understanding of nutrition
  • Awareness of allergies and dietary needs
Extra desired training
  • Any prior private household experience
  • Prior service experience
