A couple is looking to hire a Property Manager/Caretaker for their estate in Watermill, NY. This is a full-time, live-out position. The responsibilities include: maintaining the grounds and property, working with contractors, and overseeing and managing the work of vendors. The successful candidate will also be solving problems that might arise in the home, supervising the staff in the home, handling the domestic budget, ordering supplies and outside equipment, supervising outside work crews and landscapers, occasionally doing hands-on repairs, making sure all systems on the property are working properly and replacing those that are defective.
