Buckingham Palace Seeks Trainee Butler

Buckingham Palace are advertising for a live-in trainee butler to join their prestigious team, working a 45-hour week, the successful applicant will be expected to work 7 days a week on a salary of £20,806 per annum, that’s £1,733 per month but with your meals and accommodation thrown in.

The salary works out at £8.96 per hour, but with London’s living wage currently at £10.55, that’s £1.59 below where it should be.  However, with access to training and guidance from one of the most reputable hospitality teams in the world, this is a role which could just kick-start the most amazing hospitality career.  With 33 days paid holiday a year, 15% employer contribution pension scheme, plus accommodation and meals thrown in this could be the perfect start to your butler career.
